Applicant identifies feasible property

Contact My Home Solution to introduce opportunity for assessment

Applicant to provide full company details and names and ID of Director (s) for NDA and NCA

Step 3

My Home Solution will compile and provide NDA and NCA to Applicant for Signature

The Non-Disclosure Agreement and the Non- Circumvent agreement has to be signed to proceed further

Step 4

Application provide with list of documentation required for application

A checklist of documents is provided to the Applicant for all documents required for feasibility assessment

Step 5

Application considered and feasibility assessment done by My Home Solutions

This process should take 10 working days if complete information is provided by the Applicant

Step 6

PRESENTATION TO INVESTMENT HOUSE

The Applicant may be requested to attend the presentation to the Investment House

Step 7

RECEIVE LETTER OF INTENT

This letter will contain the condition of funding approved

Application to respond of letter of Intend

Application reject offer from Letter of Intent

Application reject offer from Letter of Intent

Step 10

Application confirms acceptance of conditions if letter of intent

Applicant to make his selection to continue with process

Step 11

Due Diligence documents submitted

The completed Due Diligence requirements need to be fulfilled to proceed further

Step 12

My Home Solutions to compile Project Charter (Project Business Pan)

A collapse fee will be payable if the Applicant select to abandon the application process after submitting the Due Diligence documents

COMPLETE APPLICATION SUBMITTED TO INVESTMENT HOUSE

FUNDING APPROVAL

FUNDING AGREEMENT SIGNED
